just a graphics card question

Will a PCI-E GeForce 9500GT 512MB DDR2 with heatpipe OR a GeForce GT 220, 512 MB DDR2 with a fan run on a 300w PSU?

If not then is there any decent rafix card that will?

Well, I have a Geforce 9500GT with fan installed on my Slimline pc wich has 180W PSU, I guess it would work?

I'm not sure should you choose the 9500GT instead of GT220, it's pritty much the same as 8600GT but only with newer chipset. Also, you could wait for the newest graphics cards coming out - or wait the better GTSxxx -ones to come cheaper.

Anyways, I found the PSU calculator, here:
