Sinds yesterday, i have a major lag, every 2 minutes.

Can anyone help me?

Turn off msn and stuff while playing, firewall and other things which uses network alot.
Try to change fps limit, might make your game smoother: /limitfps or /fpslimit

Only thing open is SAMP
And i have tryd /fpslimit

No, i start lagging every 2 minutes, when i login, i have no lag, after 2 minutes, i lag like hell

Its normal that you lag as I was online that day and numerous people complained about the lag
Its natural that server lags when it has over 105 players....

i even have the same problem, on Paruni, with 2 players...

Your problem sounds very much like overheating, so I suggest you monitor your temperatures during game play. If you don't already have a temperature monitoring program, I recommend Rivatuner.

I use these tools regualarly:
Crapcleaner
Memory Mechanic

/fpslimit 100   or whatever lower that your comp may handle

Try other games and see if they work normaly.

Reinstall SA:MP

Reinstall GTA:SA

Reboot computer

Check computer memory in use

Check for overheating

Check for spywares and other things like that. They tend to slow down computers incredibly.

Clean inside your computer. It`s weird how dust can effect a computer performance.

Try buying a new hard drive and transfering your datas. Used hard drive can give bad performances.

Check your electrical input. If electricity is not constant, it may affect performance.

If all fail ... Eat a pancake, throw your computer in the street, ram it with your car and go buy a new one.
