Step1: Copy /mir command on cop duty to clipboard.
Step2: " /me (Radio): <message>" near random people, when they ask to show badge, tell them your undercover.. when they insist undercovers can show badge, tell them you don't want to blow cover and paste /mir you copied earlier into chat
Step3: Drive them to the top of mt chiliad and tell them you were kidding then speed away.
