I see no problem with this during this time, but Mario will have to probably talk to Kaltsu about F.B.I. on MTA:SA, because at the moment there is no ARPD: MTA:SA division.

Unless he wants to start a temporary roleplaying organisation until the official ARPD for MTA:SA is opened.

1. SAMP groups will stay in SAMP
2. MTA:SA groups will stay in MTA:SA, owners for those divisions

I mean the samp groups will stay in samp but there will be a MTA:SA version

Depending on what. Sure if someone would like to open a division on MTA:SA. Lets say Gvardia, if Cofi or Eug dont want it on MTA:SA, it wont be on MTA:SA, if thats what you mean

Yes thats what I mean but to open it you will have to have permission from the original owner

you mean, you want to start (example) Sforza in MTA: SA while you are not a member of it in SA:MP?

or

Are you already member of (example) Sforza and you want to open a division in MTA: SA?
