Somebody help i already did what must do restart pc, reinstall, uninstall,install. STILL NO HOPE..................

Check if you can connect to the other servers, if yes. You might be routeblocked because your ISP is Opal Telecom.

If that's not your ISP, check your firewall settings etc..
