as far as I see, best means best on average taking from all different skills (ex: RP, Popularity, members, activity, how long group being open for, number of assets owned, power, ect.)

As i said before, all I ever see Gvardia do lately is guard there hq and whine about DM when things don't happen the way they want, so why should Gvardia be the best?
