-A new history was written by General Monella, which can be viewed below.


2008 - Caion and Salmonella decided to join the army. They were accepted by General Mrs. Svensson. The army was succesfull for almost a half year! Then the army started to get inactive, MrsS didn't have any interest in her position anymore, she got banished from the server, and decided to give the position of general to Sergeant Ronn Walters, also known as Jeremy Frost, General Frost, Wayne Sullivan, Dwight Cems, Bryan Ridge, Jerome Froyan, Mark Ridgeway, Ronn Rich and maybe many others, although mostly will be able to identify him from this name.


The new General did a great job for several months, but he started to get more inactive with the day.. It seemed as if he had lost interest in the army. He joined several gangs and maffias, while not giving any of his attention to us anymore. Caion and Salmonella litterally ''blasted'' through the rank system. Later to become ''Brigadier General Salvatore Monella'' and ''Major General Caion V. Cortis''.


While General Ronn was getting more inactive he also started to get attitude adjustment. We always knew he could get pretty cranky and angry at others.. But now he started to point that anger at us. We didn't seek for this to happen, but he threatened to demote soldiers or fire them, everytime they did something wrong. We got scared by our own general.


At some point the Brigadier and Major General decided to stop Ronn's ''rage of terror''. They did that by starting the United States Argonath Army. ninety percent of the former AA members agreed with us and followed our path. For Ronn, we became exiles, rebbels. For us, this ment a new start, hope and perhaps salvation. Things went well untill we were starting to lose inactivity, too. The interest in the army, to our regret, was lost by many people.


The generals tried to promote many random people, who, after a few weeks resigned allready. We merged with the Argonath Defence Force, which was a huge succes, untill they decided to split up again for which the reasons remain unknown to us. At some point General Cortis didn't have any hope for the army anymore, neither did General Monella. We decided to put the army in quarantine for a few months. What is later to come, is yet unknown to us. Let's see what the future brings!.


-The U.S.A.A Is getting active again!

Many of you have waited for this moment to arrive, and here it is!. The USAA will be getting active again!. I and perhaps Caion will be getting this done. This includes us seeking command staff-suitable people to take leadership positions. We realize that such people are rare to find, which we realized after the resignation of 4 command staff members shortly after their promotion. If you're interested in such positions, well then i can allready congratulate you by reading this. Because if you're interested, all you have to do is PM me on the forums ( USAA forums ) And you're allready having a chance of getting a chance to lead usaa. Although i cannot guarantee you're acception.

-Lieutenant General Cocio Luvineri resigned...

I am sad to announce that our Lt. General has given up hope too, he has resigned and will be missed in the USAA. His effort, although it wasn't much, was appreciated by the USAA. Once again, we will miss you, Cocio..

The United States of Argonath Army

In the wake of the Ministry of Good Intention's closure, we, General Caion and Salmonella, both felt like it would be a good time to revive the Argonath Army. We've had these plans for months but due to multiple circumstances we didn't go through with them. However, we both have the time and will now and the circumstances in Argonath no longer hinder us to both revive the group and lit it live up to its reputation, which is also important to us.

In the coming week we'll be rewriting this topic and reorganizing our forums, structure and hierachy. Until then, we hope you'll understand that we won't be processing applications yet and will not have everything up and running immediately. Applications can however be submitted already on our forum. We hope to welcome new and old members to the army and to continue practicing our unique style of military roleplay in Argonath, which is open to almost everyone who knows what it means to serve in an army.

Therefore, despite not being fully reformed yet (it got updated to the latest version of SMF just a few hours ago, but there's still a lot to be changed), I'd like to point everyone towards our forums at:

Lastly, I want to point out that this isn't 'yet another group' and that this decision was given a good amount of thought. I believe military roleplay is great and deserves a position in Argonath. It's always been great fun, whether with [Rstar]MrsSvensson leading it, Ronn_Walters (Lawrence Dentico) and, in my humble opinion, Caion and I. We've had great members like Johnny_Gatt, [Rstar]Paul, Kris_Sanders, [Rstar]Hidduh, Julio Collin, Ben(miniman), Hwaldar, VeLuX, Roman Collin and a giant list that's in another USAA topic and on our forums. This diversity of members meant that a lot of different kind of players were able to play together and unite themselves in the army. This is also what would happen in a real life situation where young men have to join the army, you get dropped in a batallion of the most diverse personalities you can imagine and develop a bond together with them nonetheless. We hope to bring this back to Argonath and remind everyone that it's just a game we're playing and there's no reason to be prejudiced about the color of a name or the tag behind a name.

Furthermore, it should be noted that we hope everyone interested in military roleplay will join us in our adventure, but should they want to try something on their own for whatever reason, we'll also be supportive of that and will always try to cooperate. We've merged with multiple groups in the past, such as UA, to get more out of the experience. We've also had conflicts in the past, most notably with the ADF. We absolutely want to avoid this from happening in the future, whatever reasons there may be for a conflict.

Initially, Big Ear was our base of operations in a previous incarnation of USAA. However, since the CIA is currently running that facility, we'll be based at Area 69. Area 69 is much bigger than Big Ear and because of this, more than one group should be able to operate from there independently. Once again, we hope to keep the amount of military groups to a minimum by providing one group that should appeal to the majority of players, but other groups may rise and that's why I want to say: Area 69 is big enough for everyone.
