Report of Operation Sea Condor

Involved People:General Salvatore Monella,   Sergeant Major Gatt,   Sergeant First Class Sanders,   Sergeant Ryan,   Private Hawk,  Trainee Martin.
Detailed Report: 30th of April 2011 at 2000hours we all met up at the HeadQuarters and line up, we salute the general and gets divided into the teams. Me and Sergeant Ryan took TaskForce Alpha, when we got Five minutes to get ready we checked the helicopter for any damage and made sure we had all the fieldsupplies we needed with us. As we reported in and was ready the operation started, i wrote in the coordinates and took off as Ryan gave the signals.

 As we arrived at the destination we grabbed our gear and moved out, i scouted the area and went up to the small house that was there, as i peeked through the window i saw two hostiles and asked for permission to breach over the radio, i got green ligth and ordered Ryan to go and grab the C4 from the helicopter. Then TaskForce Iota arrived and short after Delta came, at this point the enemies heard us and opened fire. Hawk and Ryan opened fire through the windows while i kicked in the door and shot down one of them, very short after the other man fell in the ground aswell. The room was clear but it didnt take long before we had incoming troops from the woods, they had heard the gunshots and stormed towards us while opening fire. We spread out and returned fire, there was RPG fire coming from the woods and nearly hitting the helicopter, i moved up next to the barracks and mananged to kill one of the enemies before our truck was on fire.. We(Me, Kris and Ryan) ran towards the cabin and jumped in cover as the car blew up, folowed by the explosion of the 2nd truck aswell. Now we where out of land vehicles and we heard artillery and saw smoke coming from the woods. "MORTARS! MOVE MOVE MOVE!" was the first thing i heard from SFC Sanders, we ran as fast we could down hill and jumped down, i rolled arround a cupple of times till i got up on my feet. As i rised up i heard Sanders was screaming, he was hit in the leg by a tree splint (whats it called again?) i pulled out the First Aid kit and the knife and started to cut out the splint, but here came a second barrage and pulled Sanders onto my shoulders and pulled him to cover where i gave Sanders a shot of morphine. A 3rd barrage was coming inbound, at this point our helicopter had blown up and the general was calling us back to the boat. I pulled Sanders downhill and threw him in the boat and jumped in myself. In the boat i continiued to tie up Sanders' wound with bandage and patched him up.

 In the boat we noticed that Sergeant Ryan was missing! As General Monella turned the boat arround i fell into the water! The heavy fieldgear kept pulling me under water, but i mananged to keep myself over with all strength till the boat arrived. Trainee Martin pulled me back in the boat and helped me to get my mind straigth. I heard several gunshots arround me, but i couldent understand what that was going on. I heard a RPG and fell out in the water again, this was close to the beach and mananged to get myself partly on the beach, but i was still swalling in alot of water as i didnt have enough strength to keep myself above waterline. I fell unconscious.. As i woke up i was in a car with SFC Sanders, we arrived at the hostpital and they patched me up.. On the way to the headquarters i drank some.. water from the canteen.. I felt and urge to sing out loud on Sanders' radio and felt a little dizzy in the head, SFC Sanders told me that the medics had to drug me in oder to check me out. As we where getting briefed by the General i realized the operation was a failure.


Conclusion: The Operation failed because of:
Iota and Delta team moved in too fast, wich allerted the enemies and made them open fire.
We lost three vehicles during the battle and got a wounded soldier.

 We should be prepared for battle, but we need more teamwork on the radio.

Hierarchy

We, General Caion 'C' Cortis and Salvatore Monella, want to inform, you, that the hierarchy of the United States of Argonath Army has been changed.

Categories
The new hierarchy has been divided in four categories. Each category has its own responsibilities.

• Enlisted men
• Non-commissioned officers
• Officers
• Generals

Ranks
In the new hierarchy a-lot of ranks have been removed, in order to main an easier over view.

• (PV) Private
• (PFC) Private First Class
• (CPL) Corporal
• (SGT) Sergeant
• (LT) Lieutenant
• (MAJ) Major
• (COL) Colonel
• (LTG) Lieutenant General
• (GEN) General

The ranks; PV, PFC and CPL are enlisted men. The ranks; SGT and LT are non-commissioned officers. The ranks; MAJ and COL are officers. The ranks; LTG and GEN are generals.
