FORT CARSON, BONE COUNTY. (December 23, 2015) — This piece is released nearly a week after it was written to ensure it's first gone through all the necessary channels before informing the press and citizens. As most of you will know, San Andreas is under siege, not by another country, not by an epidemic, but by a seemingly well-organized group of fanatics from the Flint County region in San Fierro. Originally intended as a protest group serving as a voice for the citizens of Flint County that felt duped by the mayoral elections, in which Antonio Gvardia was appointed mayor of the city of San Fierro, and thereby also of the Flint County region of San Fierro, this group, eventually naming itself the Flint Liberation Army, strives for independence from the city of San Fierro and San Andreas as a whole. In doing so, they demand Flint County be renamed Flint Country, and wish to annex parts of Red County, Whetstone and more.

At first glance, the organization seemed relatively harmless and was not at all considered a threat by the various government institutions. Following the brutal assasination of Los Santos mayor Lawrence Dentico at Pershing Square, during the Los Santos Awards 2015 event, this general perception of the F.L.A. changed rapidly. Prior to that, members of the F.L.A. had been linked to several criminal activities, but nothing of that magnitude.

Following this act of terrorism, a string of terrorist acts can be credited to the F.L.A., including multiple attacks on the U.S.A.A. and its base of operations, Area 69. This statement should serve as an answer to all the questions we've been getting about claims made by the F.L.A. that members of the U.S.A.A. have been murdered after their base was breached by the F.L.A.

Both claims contain elements of truth; yes, the F.L.A has indeed breached the gates of Area 69 multiple times, and yes, we have taken cassualties. What do we credit this to? Poor base security and the sheer inability at this point to effectively improve it. Until this changes, we will inevitably face more attacks and the chances of them being succesful like that one particular attack out of many, exists.

We would like to illustrate how dire the situation is by releasing security footage from our Gatekeeping Patrol units as they run background checks on an expected mechanic at Area 69, as the F.L.A. surprised us with an offensive on both ground and in the air. The footage shows how a recruit brings the mechanic to safety from the F.L.A., putting his life before his own and getting provided with covering fire by his fellow soldiers. As the mechanic is transported to safety, this recruit joins in the fight by backing up his fellow soldiers from a distance. As both these targets get neutralized, the paratrooper on top of a hangar next to the landing strip at Area 69 remains. Outnumbered, and not even thinking about surrendering, he too met his maker on that very roof.

Included is the rough footage showing just this, to both emphasize our warnings and illustrate the threat the F.L.A. form for national security.



In conclusion, the U.S.A.A. would like to warn all forms of law enforcement in Argonath and all its citizens for the threat that is F.L.A. From what we've gathered recently, they are in possesion of heavy equipment such as illegally imported rocket launchers, and haven't hesitated to use them in recent days, as a patrol cruiser of the Angel Pine Police Department has had to experience first-hand... We urge everyone to be cautious in spreading sympathy for their cause, because this directly implies sympathy for their ruthless acts of terrorism that the entire state's been confronted with by now.

United States of Argonath Army has been going through major reforms to make the organization better and more professional. Due to some previous events, we are doing our best to take necessary steps so that we could improve, not just for ourselves but for the service of the State of Argonath. USAA will do its best in the coming days to serve the State of Argonath and maintain it's peace with collaboration with other Law Enforcement groups.
