With all due respect, The BigEar is marked as USAA property, but Area 69 is Government Property. Used by both Armys though.

1. United States Army's abbreviation is "USA", why USAA?
2. Is that a real rank? (Not a picture), because some rank doesn't make sense?

Area 69 is property of state, so in fact everyone and every army can use it.
