The Most Helpful Admin: [Rstar]Kojak - a great admin co-ordinator, willing to help at all times. The admin whose administration ethos consisting of qualities like probity, patience and perseverance that I tried to emulate.
The Funniest Admin:[Rstar]Agent - banning ban evaders for 'Are you retard??' in the early stages of 2009.
The Best Newcomer into Admin Team: [XU]NaNa - an admin that communicated well with other admins, players and always listened to suggestions, atleast by me. A no nonsense admin.
VI. Police Department SA:MP 2009The Most Friendly Police Officer: [WS]Brainiac - the number of times he has been kidnapped more times this year than a lot of members' IQs.
The Best Police Driver: James Hunter - doesn't speed through GS9 at 200 kmph whilst undercover in a Buffalo in no obvious operation other than to /weaponequip somebody, enough said.
The Best Police Chaser: Chase Greggor - was part of the FBI team involved in a recent enthralling five hour chase with me.
The Best Police Shooter: [Rstar]CBFasi - pretty hard to defeat in a shootout when he's in a Hunter.
The Best Police Investigator: Jay Adams - a policeman who likes to do the investigative work more than shooting still, unarmed and surrendered suspects.
The Best Police Officer:[Rstar]Austin - my accomplice in painting every car [AV]Vince owned no less than nine thousand times.
The Best Police Department: LSPD - that's the closest one to the LSAP spawn for the new players who want to be freecops and shoot 'orangeman'.
The Funniest Police Officer: [XU]BangBang - top kop.
X. Criminals SA:MP 2009The Most Friendly Criminal: [i9]Frank_Hawk - not many criminals have done more to promote criminal cohesion on the server as Frank Hawk's 'role play hub' project.
The Best Criminal Driver: Maxy Araatus - damn good driver, has the experience not to loose his marbles if he gets rammed once.
The Best Criminal Dealer: [AV]JDC Kolta - does some cheap deals on drugs despite being in the FBI, albeit the first time being when he was held at gunpoint.
The Best Criminal Shooter: Wash Corleone - did reasonably well in his mission of killing every policeman that was approaching him when he was suspected within a two mile radius of him.
The Funniest Criminal: [Rstar]Panda - doing /taichi whilst trying to be raped constantly by [AV]Spartan[CS] eighty times with some pepper spray, a fist, /weaponequip and a hired medic outside a building with thirty cops outside getting to witness the funny side of the Araatus Kumicho. I have to admit, there was strong competition from
ScorpZ Cems.The Best Criminal Group: Corleone - easily the best criminal group of the year, with exponential success in its objective in setting the benchmark for criminal role play on the server. The Corleones controlled the criminal world for yet another year, the year in which LCV collapsed, and a new, spawnkilling enemy in San Fierro arrived alongside the SACS/SASD police role players from another server.
XIV. Roleplaying Groups SA:MP 2009The Best Roleplaying Group: 13th Street Locotes - I think that 2009 is the year where the influence of those like Iceboy and Carhartt finally reached the server, with otherwise relatively unknown players showing the newer and older players the way forward in role playing. Well done to Julian and Shitix for their work in developing the gang role play infrastructure with a small number of people in the aftermath of several more well known gangster role players leaving the server.
XVIII. Anti Features SA:MP 2009The Best Lagger: TeaM_Wayne - only way to kill this guy is to use a M4, he lags well to much for any other kind of weapon to even hit him.
The Best Flamer: Stiffler2100/Hirchine/ScorpZ Cems/Xterm Cems/[AV]Ben_Samiir - taking flaming to the next level in posts in the biggest flamewar such as these
that have been heaving censored due to the nature of the content being disallowed on these forums, probably not on 4Chan. The arguement ended on the forums on page 290, if anyone was interested. Ben's nomination was added due to him flaming half the world.

The Best Annoyer: Box3r - he seems to have done well in following in the footsteps of our best friends JK47, Rod and Tony.
The Worst Driver: Lauwers Nico/[AV]Pazienza/[SACS]Mahome/[Rstar]Fernando/[AV]Ben_Samiir - well, when you chase suspects, you're supposed to drive, not type /weaponequip all the time. You're not going to catch the suspect if you drive slower than they are, are you?

The most serious player: [Rstar]IcyAero - so consumed in the game that he felt it was cool to label another admin as having the mental age of a three year old.
The best Forum Moderator: [Rstar]Rusty - using his brain and realising it takes two to tango in a flamewar.
The best Ban Evader:Andre9977/Omri - despite being routeblocked from SA:MP, he managed to log in somehow, travelling across Europe so he could hack some weapons and sell them off to new players whist ban evading.
The best Medic SA:MP: None.
The best Fireman SA:MP: None.

The best Driver(duty) SA:MP: [RItc]Mike_Evans - taxi role play is usually better on single player on Vice City on the server, not with this driver.
XXII. The Most Unlucky Player 2009Describe the unlucky situation and the Oscar Jury will pick up the most unlucky player...Gimli/[Rstar]xcasio - he's the cousin of pedobear. Some say that he once laughed at the 'your anus = Uranus' joke, and that one day he showed xcasio his carbon fibre penis, all we know is that he's called Cow at the moment and he lets the whole server know when he is admin jailed.
[AV]Vince - too scared to buy a car incase it will spawn pink after his apparently secure haven of SWAT HQ was infiltrated, leaving Vince with a nice and girly Banshee.
