Your comment was not appreciated by me, an American. Typical of inhabitants of other countries (with some exceptions). All I usually hear from foreigners (foreigners to my country) is "American's are dumb" or "That's the American way" or "American's are fat" or "America sucks as a country". If any of you have any stereotypes, prejudice, or grudges against America, I'd like to say fuck off. I also say that you need to learn some more statistics and American history/government. If you say that America fails as a country (not accusing anyone of saying so), learn more about a fucking democracy. We choose our leader, and our Legislative branch is entrusted to overthrow him if he does a bad deed. Although we cannot vote on laws, we could easily request a removal. A democracy is for the better of the people. Oh, and about America being the "fattest" country in the world, Australia has been sharply increasing in the number of overweight people. And, America being dumb, what about NASA? Although we were the second to have a satellite (behind the Soviet Union, which eventually fell after a gradual loss of countries dominated due to the extremely sharp decrease in money), we still have some of the most advanced technology in the world. There's no denying it; we're smarter than you think. We invented nuclear bombs, advanced tanks (Germans were the first to invent in World War I), air craft carriers, FUCKING FAST JETS, satellites that have passed every single planet in our solar system, landed on the moon with humans FIRST, M61 Vulcan (AKA, minigun), and a lot of other fucking shit. Japan may seem pretty technologically advanced, but truth is (serious, proven truth), their technology is usually fancy. It's cool looking, flashy, and other shit, and quite impressive, but for the most part, it's only useful to citizens. USA doesn't have these cool talking and responsive robots like Japan might, but our military equipment is obviously more advanced. Just look at the F-35 Lightning II. And by the way, I respect other countries, for their people, what they do, and how they succeed in staying on the map of this world. If it's still on the map and charted, it deserves applause. End of story.

Anyway, the reason for this is different levels of learning. To be a teacher, you go through hell learning the same shit you are going to be teaching. You go through trainings, years of college, reviewing, and other shit. Teaching is a lot harder than it looks, and they don't get paid good enough for what they do (in my opinion, and many teachers would agree with me). They stay up late grading papers, use their "break" times to grade and plan, etcetera. All the teachers are doing are preparing students for their future life ahead of them. Teaching isn't some humongous corporation like Microsoft, but rather just a small, but large foundation for our lives.
Now, those who get paid a SHITLOAD after cheating and doing a shit job in school are pretty lucky. In high school, it matters. If you cheat and get caught, you're likely to get a zero from the teacher. Getting shit grades shows colleges that you are not committed to your work and future lives, therefore not letting you in. So, they probably get average-to-shit grades in high school. Say a high-schooler wants to work for Microsoft. After graduating from high school, they are available to a lot of colleges. There are colleges for everything; technology, architecture, computers, art, you name it. So, he enters a computer college, which would look into your technology class history, more than likely. You could enter easily, then learn more there. Eventually, you're off to work for Microsoft. When you apply and get accepted, your first job will get you like $500 dollars a day. Now THAT is a lot. This is because of how large Microsoft is. Microsoft dominates all other operating system competition worldwide, and sells billions of dollars of merchandise probably every day, but they still have to spend a lot making it. More money for the business = more pay for the workers. And there's your explanation.
