Every time I am online, I never get virus popups or anything, I dont search p*rn and i dont ever download something off a website i dont know, or torrents.

But when i get onto the argonath forums my computer has a popup almost every page, from norton, saying things like "trojan.bloodhoud risk was detected and not downloaded" and other things with trojan's, and virusus, this is not the first time that its happened. Its happened sence istarted using the forums. In my estimate, roughly 10 diffrent virus names have tryed to be downloaded overall.

Does anyone else get this?

NOTE: I know this is the wrong topic, I know it for sure, but I dident know where to post :S

:ps: I am NOT saying that the forums have a virus/trojan anything that can harm your computer, id just like to know if anyone else is getting this.

Yes, quite often MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) detects threats coming from the forum simply when I load a new page. I'm pretty sure it's from the advertisements. My suggestion would be to use Firefox and Adblock Plus (add-on) and just block the advert frames whenever you see them. ;)

Just to clearify, thease "Popups" arent from Argonath, there from our virus protection software (Norton, MSE, ect.)

Yeah this shit is always trying to infect my computer.

About every page I go to, my Norton also pops up telling me it blocked some Trogen shit, oh and it likes to redirect me alot.

But hey, its better then it way. It used to always freeze my browser and redirect me to some China on TV thing?

Constantly getting redirected to an obvious virus site. Apparently, it's only happening to players from the United States.

I get it from Microsoft Security essentials as well.

The virus is Exploit:Win32/Pdfjsc.CV and Exploit:Win32/Pdfjsc.CR.

And it appears to be a java exploit. So it has to be an ad or something.

remove system32 it fixes it
