No ENB in MTA. Not too sure about mods, I think they're allowed.

Some doesn't work, especially ones involving the game data. But visual mods such as skin and cars works fine.

Mods that change the game's data will probably not work, while .txd / .dff mods most likely will go through. You can untick the ''Use GTASA customized files'' in the Settings window of MTA menu, and the client will set you running with original .dat files, and that can help.
