As you can see, there have been some change on the ranking system. The Capitan is currently empty and will be filled as soon as possible once I find out who's active and have responsibility enough to have the rank. I will also be watching the Mano Derecha for a while, if any of you fails to have an average activity in-game, I will not hesitate to demote you to a lower rank.

Activity is not very bad from our side right now but I'd like to see a major improvement on activity especially on the weekends.

Also, to members who think you suit the Capitan role (which is looking after all the faction members, giving out punishment and several commands in and out of character, watching over the faction members' attitude over in-game and forum, reporting any wrong behave of the members to me and etcetera) please, do not hesitate to forum PM me. I don't care which rank you are right now, as long as you're an official member (Pandillero and above) and interested, please do forum PM me.

But remember, ranks is not to make you look cool or tough in or out of character, its about doing your job and helping the leaders with their works.

Not forgetting to mention, to any members with important role that thinks that you will not be able to do your work as your current rank, do forum PM me, I do not want to have any high ranked people not doing their job, please guys, high rank is not everything.

Also to Frankie Chavez, please change your in-game name, failure to do so will result you to be kicked from the Pee Wee rank. (I've had enough confusion with Sean_C dude, I do not want to have another major confusion with you so please).

Any suggestions regarding the ranking system, in-game role-play activities and etcetera can also be PM'd to be, who knows if your idea will be a very good addition to the faction?

I'm not a 58th member but I can assure you they don't act like gulucans or something like that
