I've done everything in the mod pack except for your skin. For some reasons, I can't download the Locotes Winter mod pack.
I will try to download it again now.

Alright, this is an official announce for all the faction members including the Pee Wees.

From now onward, the usage of Combat shotgun in this faction is completely banned. I've talked to the leadership and they've agree on this rule so I'm putting it in.

And the second announce, the VLA2 skin is now reserved only for leader Julio Navarro.
This means, you may not wear these following skins in-game (For official members and outsiders):

And the members, make sure you've read our rules especially the new members who just joined last or this month.

I do not want to have anyone, shooting and killing people (especially cops) because they asked for license, it is extremely stupid, retarded, idiotic, non-realistic and is not acceptable in 58th Street Conecta.

I had a report from a good friend of mine about a member doing what I've stated above and that member is officially warned.

And another new rule is, you are REQUIRED to register and visit our private forum at a daily basis. Meaning, register there and check it everyday. We're gonna update you all with a lot of things now. Not doing this means you're breaking our rule and punishment will be given.

Download this and install it using the guide given.

Then for the town/zone mod, you can download it here: DOWNLOAD.

And put the file from the town/zonem od into your CLEO4 folder (which will be in your GTA:SA dictionary).
Just read the guide through and read mes and you'll live through it.
