Yeah. It's from Waitrose, contracted to PlusNet. Not my broadband, but a friend's. He lives in the middle of the countryside, miles from the exchange, on a shitty 80s phone line which could do with some upgrading...

His internet is only crap because of how far he is from civilization (20 minute walk to the shop for the paper (if they have got their delivery of them in yet...), and the fact that his phone line and setup is older than I am, and is in need of upgrading.

I'll get out my BT kit and do it for him. Old folks need all the help they can get these days, and it seems nobody really wants to do anything...
