When ever i get online and i ask a manager or a high ranked admin to set clans protection,because i put a app like a week ago,the admins never respond,so please can a admin help me,i need this Clan protection ASAP

They are not ignoring you. Admins are very busy these days and they are not able to respond in 1, 2 days. Be patient and check the topic every day.
