I see hank is in a hurry. He has took the right line however may have took the corner too early or at high speed, however did hit the apex and would exited the corner wide but under control. I deem this picture inconclusive of a viable reason to disqualitfy Hank and doesnt produce a good enough portrait of Hanks Driving.
