What pisses you off, and what calms you down

Game "rules": State what pisses you off (worst you can think of), then what calms you down when you're pissed off by it.
Don't state someone's name. For example: "Bob pisses me off." It hurts others' feelings.
Don't make it any worse than the forum rules let you do. Meaning, don't absolutely rage about what pisses you off.

What pisses me off: When people say "what?" after you've said the same thing reworded at least three times, more and more easily understandable. Such as:
"Bob has an IQ of 50"
"What?"
"Bob isn't very smart"
"Huh?"
"Bob is retarded"
"What?"
"OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, he doesn't have the slightest bit of brains in the whole entire fucking world!"
".............What?"
"Bob's dumb"
"OHHHHHHHHH, here's a cookie"
What calms me down after: When they finally understand, and I actually get something good about it.
