[RULE to be cleared up] Shotguns from PD cars

Recently I've seen a lot confusion by players and several admins about the fact civilians can get shotguns from PD cars.

What is the actual rule for this?

1. It's abuse and therefor can be punished by a ban.
2. It's a crime and therefor can be punished by /su.

I'd like one of the community leaders to clear this up towards the public, as I've seen a lot of confusion.

In my opinion it should be treated as a crime. Since you are stealing police equipment, it's not like you gain a super advantage over others, right?

Taking Shotguns from PD cars cant be classified as script abuse in my opinion. Why? Thats not a function from RS4 scripts,and yes from the whole game,the game was crated with this function,and if you enter in a police car you'll get 5 shells of Shotgun,so i think this should be classified as a suspectable crime.

Agreed.
Since it was added to the game itself, it is part of GTA, and can be a valid reason for getting suspected.

If you enter a police car, it's more than likely to find a weapon inside (being, in this case, shotguns).
I don't think it should be bannable, but, instead, suspectable.

For me it is scriptabuse... but I would hear an main admin about it...

The reasons it IS scriptabuse:
- You shouldn't get guns from 'nowhere'
- It is a BUG from SA, so abuseing it is not good!

I'm not punishing players who has it, but I warn then by telling it (by PM). So don't take it, unless a main admin tells you here and now it is allowed

Actually its not a bug,its a function that was implemented in the game by the Rockstar Games.
