Complain About [XU]NivaNiva [ABUSIN COP POWERS]

1st. Abuse:

I put an /ad "Selling weed" and he suspected me by illegal ad (thats ok)
Then he started to carkill me until i was almost dead.
I reported him to admins and the admin arrived, he said to him to stop and he did it.
Then i did /hail and get in the car, we went to SA backup departmen and when we arrived i requested and investigation.
He refused and said to me "there is nothing to investigate"

1.... and then he shooted me (i died and loose 1k$)


2nd. Abuse:
I was looking for my car on the public parking lot outside of LSPD and he opened the garage gate (to provoke me) but i didnt enter. Then he asked to get out my car, i asked why? and he said get out! and /su me by "Crying abuse" or something like that, he didnt ask me to surrender and i didnt have time to /gu because he killed me in 1 second and made me loose 1k again -.-

SO please admins take some actions.
