Unable to patch GTA:SA

First of all, this is torrented which may be the reason, but I'm posting just in case there's any solutions. When I try to patch to 1.1 it asks me to find the .exe.... So I do. Then when I click on it I get an error messages saying "Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."

No this .exe is not cracked. At least that's what I think because when I start it up it says "Please insert correct CD/DVD", but just incase it is could anybody help me find an original .exe file so I can update?

More posts will be made of me requesting help.    Hopefully not... because we all hate encountering problems like this.

Well, Steam-based Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas are NOT MODIFIABLE.

If you get that, then you're fucked if you want to play SA:MP.

Well, my friend gave me the torrent for it back when we first started playing... It's already torrented and working nice.. why go buy it?

It's so easy to crack, and it's money down the drain if you do buy it...

GTA IV on the other hand, that's probably worth spending $$$ on.

Check the SAMP website. Steam and Direct2Drive versions are NOT compatible with SA:MP or any mod at all.
