THE DRAKWEL
The Drakwel Gang is known as Cop And Robbers Gang, featuring Cops and Gang classes of SA:MP 0.2.1, only Cops/Vagos/Astecas/Vagos/Russian Mafia/Triads (...) are allowed, but Citizen and the almost-naked-girls classes is NOT allowed, since CITIZEN class haves only Fire Exgtintor and that class of the almost-naked-girls is... well... u know :P WARNING: The Drakwel Gang is NOT for noobs/DMers/Bad Role Players, The Drakwel Gang is to Good Role Players.Rules:
You must be a good role player;
You must have a uzi type weapon (HINTS: Micro SMG, Tec9 and SMG and go to ammunation to get some (Uzi, Tec9 and MP5 in class selection screen);
You need a 4 door car type, so 4 "gang" (group) members can enter in it.
Do not flame other "gang" (group) members, of this one or of others!

Basic Role Playing rules (some of the server xD):
Do not deathmatch, deathmatch is killing people without a proper reason;
Dont kill other gang members;
Dont CARJACK! Jacking other "gang" (group) members (like me jacking another mines "gang" (group) member) will be reported to Adminstrators of the game.
Role play the best you can! The more you role play, the more benefites (is it the correct word?) you will have from Gang leader.

Are you a good role player? Type no (you can have less benefites with this) or more or less (Normal speed of benefites will be rewarded) or yes (More benefites and speed is higher) but be serious, what could happen if you lie? the leader or Moderator of gang can catch you dont role playing good (DM) and see your application form, if you lied, Ban from "gang" (group), if not you can continue in gang but DONT DEATHMATCH. or you can be a good role player and you said no, the Leader will say to you to edit your application. The Leader can only be on in SA:MP at saturdays, sundays and if possible weekdays, so we need at least 3 moderators in gang, the first 3 posting application will be considerated as Trial Moderators! (Trial for awhile, when im online i will see how the moderators are, so they maybe are accepted for permanent moderators (if they retire of gang they can).)
The gang is only to SA:MP 0.2.1! (D'OH! :P)
The leader MUST know if haves a Role Playing event, PM the leader by forums if you want yourself do a Role Playing Event (kidnapping for example or a short story) but if he is online just say to him and he will accept or reject.
The Leader is the only one that can do missions for the gang.
The new members will be in a TRIAL mission -- after some days the leader will decide: If he will be kicked from gang or be accepted to be a FULL member.
If you are TRIAL, type [DrakwelT] in the end of the name (if its too big, use [DT] in the end of the name.), if your FULL member, type [Drakwel] in the end of the name (if its too big, use [D] in the end of the name.), if your a TRIAL moderator, type [DrakwelMT] in the end of the name (if its too big, use [DMT] in the end of the name.), if your a FULL moderator, type [DrakwelM] in the end of the name (if its too big, use [DM] in the end of the name (Attention: The DM in this case is NOT deathmatch :P)), The Leader (me :P) uses [DrakwelL] (if its too big, i will use [DL] in the end of the name, NOTE THAT ISNT POSSIBLE YOU BE LEADER). But you dont need really to.
Moderators (Trials or Full) can temporary ban members (DO NOT ABUSE) and ban (with reason AND DONT ABUSE) but to ban, PM The Leader in forums saying "I want to ban the [nick] because he [reason]" (do not use [] or ") and The Leader will see.

Story of the Drakwel Gang:
Liberty City, 13th of June.
Grovyle and Crawel had this gang. This gang was known as "Killer Most Wanted Gang" when the police department considerated Grovyle the most wanted. This gang was popular, very popular. Had Grovyle[DrakwelL], Crawel[DrakwelM], Polar-killer[DrakwelSL] (SL is sub-leader, not avalible in San andreas) and YuY [Drakwel].
This gang was popular because all of them in gang were the Most Wanteds by the police department.
One time, Crawel and Grovyle were talking about their gang. Polar-killer and YuY were playing pokemon stadium 2 in Nintendo 64 of Crawel. Then Grovyle heared a helicopter blades sound. "What the hell...?!" Said Grovyle.
Crawel goed outside and he shouted "OH NO!!! ITS THE COPS!!" Grovyle started the engiene of the Red cheetah and goed away. YuY and Polar-killer were busted by the police, but Grovyle and Crawel were lucky because they almost evaded the cops.
PORTLAND
Crawel was driving to Shoreside Vale to Francis Atls. Airport. From the Callahan Bridge. Grovyle was doing drive-by-killing with his Desert Eagle and Tec9. Crawel shouted "OH NOES, a roadblock!!!", Grovyle got a Rocket Launcher and rocketed that roadblock, perfect aiming! XD Going in the callahan bridge, it was only the chopper that was pursueing the 2 most wanteds. Crawel saw a Packer to jump the bridge (bridge was still under construction) "HANG ONN!!!" said Crawel, he putted nitro and voooom jumped the bridge to Staunton Island. They made it! Crawel goed to Shoreside Vale Bridge, but... another roadblock xD, Grovyle got a granade launcher and launched 2 granades to roadblock and road-opened (XD) it. another packer to jump. they made the same thing. They got to shoreside vale and Grovyle said "lets go to the airport and get the Dodo", Crawel did that. they goed to Francis atls. airport, Crawel said "Go Grovyle, go alone, i will take care of that coppers", Grovyle almost cried but he did this: He got a rocket launcher, destroyed the passage to go to airport, all the cops were stuck, and he destroyed the chopper and the police deparment near him. He runned to the Dodo and flyed to Vice City.
After the journey in Vice City, he goed to San Andreas. To recover the power and honor to his gang, to his forgiven gang, he is doing the gang again, recovering the power, hapiness and honor to his gang.
