MMMMKAY.
Here begins the epic tale of the faulty & frustratingly broken computer of SAPD Lieutenant GiacJr.
One fine day a few days before christmas, the slowly-deteriorating specs of the computer adformentioned finally got a glimpse of hope that a possible upgrade may be near. About two days before christmas, I turned off my baby and wished it good luck on the other side. I installed a brand new motherboard, tricked out with
8 USB slots. I also installed a new 550 watt power supply to deal with my epic new motherboard's upkeep. I turned my computer back on and prayed - after a few attempts to get the new software installed, I finally got it to work.
All was swell for two weeks. It went fine and I had no problems. And then, this grace period of awesomeness and USB-magic ended in tradgety. I got an ill-fated Blue Screen Of Death.
"Shit!", I thought to myself. I hadn't gotten a blue screen for months, if not years!
Here are the contents of this horrible, horrible BSOD...

So this blue screen appeared to be an isolated incident - until two days later when I was listening to music and I got the same error.
This led me to beleive that the problem was my sound card, a part of my sparkling new motherboard.
As I was sharing my thoughts with my dad, the idea formed in my head that it could possibly be the source of my music - the external HD. Shit, it's a magical breakthrough in my thought process.
I unplugged my poor 420GB External HD.
Two days passed without problem. I then dared to plug it back in and observe the results. All was swell. Then I begun listening to music. All was swell. For about 30 minutes, that is. Bang, blue screen.
I unplugged that bitch and restarted. Over the next few weeks I plugged it into random USB ports when I needed to listen to music or play steam games. I eventually moved my music to an internal HD. I had over 30 Blue Screens over this period, frustrating me to a point where I think I may have let my anger out IG a few imes  . My dad then bought me a new, amazingly awesome 1tb External HD. I moved all my items onto this shiny new HD. I then proceeded to unplug my old external and throw it at something in anger, praying that it was indeed the cause of my blue screens.
Move onto today. Approximately 2 hours ago, I turned my computer on. I got to the loading screen for windows, then just before the login screen, BANG! Blue screen.
Wait...My 420GB External wasn't plugged in...
It was a standard blue screen without a particular error.
Fuck it, I said to myself. I restarted.
I then got back to square fucking one...

Here are some assorted error messages of pictures I kept, of blue screens I got over the last few weeks...

I tried to update all of my USB Drivers but none of them needed updating...
My dad had 2 suggestions:
Try and find any updates fo my motherboard's software.
Format if worst comes to worst; I may need to format due to not formatting when installing the new motherboard.
I read back on this topic and realise how poorly structured it is. Ah well, you can figure it out.
Any help IS appreciated, and the sooner I fix this problem the sooner I can play in peace... >_>
:ps: How do you know when you have no faith in yourself?
When you unplug your computer, fiddle around with the shit inside, then when you go to turn it back on you press the button and jump back 10 metres expecting it to explode or catch on fire...
