if you extend it by 50% it gives a lot of time to steal it, which is good.

I would recommend for it to last at least 30 minutes, and also start advertising for it 20-30 minutes before it even starts!

To my understanding of timezones, CET is only 1 below UTC, so UTC +2 would be 1 above CET.

In short, it should be 20:00 UTC +2:00, which is 8 PM on the 12 hour clock.

Idk know about that, what I do know is that CET is GMT+1 and GMT
(greenwich main time) is the general timezone on England. So CET is the timezone of Holland, Belgium and west Germany.
