Can anyone tell me / can a manager confirm what CLEO mods / scripts w.e is allowed?

Does anyone know more about this:

The mod makes you Act Dead, but does it affect anything?
I'd sure love to act dead, would be great to rp CSI with :D *has a sharp dagger in his left butt cheek*  :lol:
