Hello. I wanted to ask , can some good Skin modeller and maker create a Rohan Soldier skin?

If you don't know , how it looks

Well.. If someone can make such a skin to replace with Army skin or SWAT skin , tell me.
I'll look , if I can give any price for the guy who makes it.
