2nd anniversary of my first and only ban on Argonath RPG

I did get banned today by Carhartt. Thats totaly wrong from his side to Ban me. The reason i have heard from other Players is that i DM, i did't DM. I will now explain situation.

It's was a riot in Glen Park, It was maby 29 gangmembers shooting wild at cops and on other gangmembers, I played as Police. I buyed a sniper and get close to CBFasi on a roof and started too shoot at suspects that i knew about(witch was 1 guy). Then i saw an other gangmember shooting on a roof at cops and i opend fire at that guy, it's showed that, that guy did't was suspect when i killed him, Its says u killed an innoncetn player and 1 admin ask me if i shoot. When i was on my way to answer him i got banned witouth any warning or somting. As i said before it's was a riot and everyone shoot at everything almost of the gangs. Soo why banned me? Still don't udnerstand. Contact me next time Carhartt and give me a warning.. I asked several times u to surrender.. So i wan't a really good explanstion!

I haven't done anything of this before:
3. Reasons of ban:

cheats/hacks/mods
accepting money from cheaters
constant deathmatching
constant flame
constant ignore admins
abusing scripts

Maby i killed innoncent before of mistake but i have talk to them and sort it out, i offert to give money back and $$$ for weapons to if they did lose it to.

I haven't never abused or cheating on anyway before. I Have Rp and alot of guys knows that!

My first ban was on MTA VC, but it was due to that ban bug...-_-

I called it anomyous because I don't even know which admin banned me. At the time, my wireless network stuffed up and I got disconnected from game. Then I fixed the wireless network and tried to log in again. The 1st time it said "disconnected retrying in 10seconds", then the 2nd time it went "nickname is already in use". I know that nickname glitch where the game thinks I was still ingame so I tried again. On the 3rd time, I quitted the game just to make sure the game's not affecting my login. But then when I tried to connect this time, it went "I was banned from server", wtf? Then I kept trying and it kept saying I was banned from server. That's how I don't know who banned me. I talked to jnn on msn about the problem and he couldn't figure it out, :S.

I checked mtachat.txt and it stopped logging after 10/9/2007, so I couldn't figure out who banned me.

But who-ever banned me, why am I banned?

Other than that, I've never been officially banned by admins before.

I do remember, however, that back in 2007, the days when I wasn't an admin on any server, I often get bananas and warns for flaming in caps and accusing people for hacking when they weren't.

I have screenies of Pancher typing in 2007, he used to have horrid spelling, punctuation and grammar...Argonath has really, really taught him a lot

It's cool to see how people who are regular players these days talked to Pancher in his earlier days on the server. Especially because it is 2 years later and Pancher is a manager now.

This is why, we should treat all with respect ingame and outgame. Even though they might be going through a time in which they are making mistakes by being cocky or with an immature attitude, in their Argonath journey, who knows, same time next year they might be a player that a lot of people respect.
