Perza was born in Vice City and he lived there with his 4 older brothers. He always have gotten in shadows of his brothers and have not been as intelligence like his brothers. His brothers Have been in different universitys and Perza has just ender his High School studies, when his auntie died in murder and he got some of his money and property. ( Everyone have been very intelligent but Perza is like black sheep in the group) Of course lesser than his brother got. Perza sold his proterties (1 Square metre plot)  and maked the money together, bought ticket to Fly to Los Santos and started his new life in Los Santos city, without his brothers teases or his mothers moaning about studies.
