• I would like the image to be flickering like some kind or interference or static hitting it every few frames (slice the imagine, slide the pieces left/right out of align for a frame )
  Example :
   preferably 2 or 3 different static frames and as finely sliced as possible for extra effect
• Add a slight shake to the whole thing, (a few pixels only)

Other Info: [Rakich] bottom left side corner, white   in this font
  

Color scheme: same as my Avatar

• O = still frame
• X = flicker frame 1
• V = flicker frame 2  (can add more if you feel it needs more)
