The new system will always spawn STATE vehicles.. (1-999)
ALL others will ONLY spawn if the owner is in game...
Owner logs off, vehicle goes too !

read the whole topic please, this has been explained many times. Just like your character spawns when you log in, so will your car spawn when you log in.

Love the concept, will take a while though.
My only concern is.. will the server cope with spawning 70-ish vehicles at once when the server crashes and everyone logs back in at practicaly the same time?

Hmm.. Got a question.. CBFasi mentioned that every player will be able to own multiple vehlices, don't know if it was ironic meant when he said 8... But, my question is, will ALL (8 vehlices, if that's the number), spawn at the same time when you go on, or does it work through a command, like /car Infernus, or ?
And BTW, I support CBFasi's other idea "No drugs, no house, no car, and no money" Hard reset FTW! . Why? Just remember back at the release of RS3 or 2 where there also was a complete reset of everything . People will finally have somehting to do again
EDIT: And no! Don't think I say this because I'm rich or anything. In fact, I got excactly $00000000 atm, only thing I got a Hotel Room, and a phone I gave ALL I had away on purpose, so I could start over. So I'm on the same boat as you are
