  If a suspect gets into a car, the driver doesn't necessarily know he is a suspect. Or does everyone just think "he has an orange name therefore he is a suspect"... so unless RP'ed ALS can completely feign ignorance to any suspect passengers. Also, you don't have to pull over for a cop if they are in a civilian car.

  I would advise you only protect wanted passengers with your life if they have the money for it.
