Q: What's the defining properties of an "Administration member" compared with the BoD?

The main task of an Administration member is to manage the current employees. This means that they have the ability to train, supervise and accept new applicants.
However, they also have the rights to act against bad behaviour and handle employees's reports regarding problems inside the A.L.S.

The tasks of a B.o.D., on the other hand is to organise, help leading the management by assisting on the financial side, as in handing wages towards the members.
