  I am becoming more active ingame, and would like to see ALS getting better. I hope to see some ALS generated RP at least.

  If ALS is being crap I will close it rather than see it go to waste - especially if it is being crap because leaders are not doing anything.

We are active, yet we wish to operate in the background, without involving the entire server with it.

Currently i assigned some people to keep ALS running while i am doing my final exams, wich are taking place May 17th until May 31.

I'm aware that you realise that this is a big oppertunity in my life wich i rather take with my both hands then sitting on Argonath running ALS.
As soon my exams are done, i can fully make my return to ALS, yet in meantime i cannot do more then being online as much as i can.

I know what it takes to organise a big crew such as the ALS, as i've been the Chief Executive before. Yet i need to have the time to do this, wich i currently do not have.

From what I have seen, ALS doesnt seem to be like it used to be back before we closed it down,
 Its dissapointing but I guess they are still busy starting up to many other tasks than focussing on the main one on hand,
 opening up ALS as a start then worrying about other mediocre tasks like extra companies.

Focus on Member management and training until it is basically self sufficient then do those other tasks on hand like private or ALS related businesses on the side lines.

Firstly, I appreciate that you have exams and of course they are the most important thing! At no point have I ever suggested that ALS should take priority over such exams, and do not think everything I am saying is aimed at you only.

 But you and Chuck have organised ALS with all these rank that appear to be superficial and meaningless. Why have ranks when they WONT do anything with them?

Let's see, this is what I know so far for ALS:

- Open 2 months at this date.
- Own strip club, ammunation and 24/7? Have not RP'ed with any of these businesses once. Have not hired anyone to work in these businesses once.
- Have not made any effort to host events (which can earn a lot of money) in SF and LS Stadium despite it being easy to do.
- Have been quite active in limo duty but do not hire or try out alternative RP advertisement.

So I understand Ryan you have exams, but Chuck, what is your excuse? And what about the BoD? the 'Administrators'? What is their excuse for not opening business and starting RP's?

  The old ALS ranking system depended heavily on RP ability and management skills. Ask yourselves is this the case here. To turn around ALS, just think about the RP you can do. You don't have to think of it as business even, just a opportunity to RP a different thing that no one else is doing. Of course no one runs ammunations, 24/7's or hotels anymore - but when I was in ALS I did these things, and so can you! This is what made ALS stand out - we took civilian RP to a complete new level and this is extremely rare nowadays!

So Ryan, don't think it is all your responsibility. If you think it's too much work it means Chuck isn't doing enough to help and the BoD don't have enough to do!

Well, as a BoD I do not have any problem on opening businesses or doing some roleplays.
So as you wanted ALS to organize more business and roleplays, I'll start doing that starting today onward.

I'll do anything to keep ALS alive longer than it did before.

RP ads? What you do /ad? That is not the level of RP I would expect for ALS to be happy with. At bare minimum an advertisement is a limo convoy of some description or a modded limo on show. At most I would expect you could try using megaphone van, hire people to give out fliers, hire people to graffiti on cop cars or whatever! That is RP advertising. Just because you spend lots on /ad doesn't mean your funding RP, it means your RP is limited and your wasting money - and that money can be given to other players to fund real RP!

  You are manager of strip club yet you have never even run it. WHAT A WASTE. Why you need to edit topic? Why you even need topic? What you need to do is go ingame and run the strip club!  (Hint: strip club is not the best thing to have unless you have people willing to be strippers and since it's in LV you will have to be a good to get people to go).

  Oh and if you want some easy money (and I can't believe you ignored me on this) and everyone can see this so get your arses into gear: YOU NEED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF LS AND SF STADIUMS and get easy funding from government.

I organized mini quizes and there was rp with the bar and welcoming customers etc.

Let's not forget, this event made it possible to close a contract between ALS and Stracci.
When there are not enough ALS members on to become security, we will be accompanied by stracci security.
