An Italian-American mob named "The Constanzo family" was based in New Jersey at the beginning of 1976. The current "Don" goes by the name Vito Constanzo, who was suspected of ordering the death of more than two thousand people, organizing extortion, loan-sharking for a huge amount of money, and drug-trafficking. The Constanzo family has been making millions and millions taking over every single place in New Jersey, until one day, it caught the Commission's attention. The was kicked from the Commission due to being to o powerful and dangerous. A few years after the family was off the Commission, it's Immunity weakened, and then led to the New Jersey mob war, which surprised them, killing most of the associates ever connected to the Constanzo crime family.
Vito Constanzo had no choice but to leave to a place far from danger, San Andreas.

Chapter I. "Omerta - The code of silence"
Omerta has been introduced by the Italian crime families in the 20th century, and has been brought to America to avoid people trying to turn government witness.
The Constanzo crime family has been suspected of eliminating government witnesses, being brought to court and even thought everyone knew they have done it, the evidences were not enough.
Since then, the family has been in the shadows; quiet and powerful, and no other member of the family was found to be connected in any way to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Chapter II. "The rise to the top."
The business income in the family was in a rise, due to numerous actions, such as loan sharking, illegal gambling, extortion, and the main income, drug trafficking.
The main subject would be drug trafficking, the family had enormous shipments (mostly disguised as toys for children) arriving each day at a boat in the New Jersey docks, delivered from a source which is not yet to be known.
The second income for the family is extortion, which goes by the procedure of intimidating a person, to receive money from it.
The illegal gambling was taking place at houses of associates, where people known to be connected are allowed to play.
Because of all those incomes, the family became more and more powerful, owning almost every single place in New Jersey, leaving almost no competition, getting a daily income of dozen of million dollars.

Chapter III. "The conflicts."
It has been witnessed that the power of the Constanzo crime family is in the rise, which stressed the other families, leading them to complain to the Commission, due to Constanzo being too powerful and a "threat to the other families".
The Commission has thought of kicking Constanzo out, leaving their immunity to suffer, which led to enormous problems such as the thought of starting to kill several associates. The tension was rising, leaving no other choice but to start what had to be started, the New Jersey mob war.

Chapter IV. "The New Jersey mob war."
As far as everything went, the tension, the conflicts, a mob war has started. Everyone wanted to have what they wanted, which led to a high number of murders of high associates, together with made men and several capo-regime group members.
The news were running constantly, showing the ruthless murders, consequences of the war, where no one could interfere. It was a total chaos, the Constanzo crime family had no choice at all, they had to leave New Jersey, and go to a far place, to the west. It has been witnessed the arrival of the crime family don, Vito Constanzo. His plane landed at the Los Santos airport, leaving him to start everything new.

Chapter V. "Getting along, making connections."
The Constanzo crime family started to get along the town, finding a place to stay, getting ready to show it's power. From several photos, the F.B.I. headquarters of San Andreas noticed Vito and a few people, which has been suspected as a meeting between the families. They have no doubt that the Constanzo crime family is trying to re-build it's power, slowly and secretly.

It has been heard from a taped phone conversation of the possible arrival of Richard Bianchi,
Vito's cousin, who has been known to work for Vito's brother in the New Jersey mob.
Richard has been updating Vito with the latest information about the status in New Jersey,
but none of the information given was anything that can be used against Vito in court.
The arrival is currently not confirmed, and will be updated shortly.
