Because this is an RP Group, what do we mean by the terms 'Powergaming' and 'Metagaming'?

I looked on the internet and on the forum and saw this:
Metagaming is the usage of outgame and/or non roleplay related information to affect your roleplay descissions. Using main chat is such an "outgame" source. Or when you decide not to deal drugs with someone because you know that person is an undercover cop. Only because you see his name above his head.

Powergaming is pretending that your roleplay character can use all available items/strengths given by the game/enviroment. Like you are still walking with only 3 hp of health. Then you are using "strengths" given by the game to go above the "reallity" of the roleplay.

for like a year with 3 months pause

I Wanna join Deleon because i wanna have some close friends on argo who are really active and where i can roll with! I think i can be a good member because i know what to do on the server and if i don't know anything i am a good pupil;)

I am Freek,
I live in the netherlands and i play SAMP almost every day!
My hobbies are hockey SAMP and hanging with friends.
I like Rping, i am always in for some nice RP actions! if i am online i usually am looking for some people who wanna do bussiness with me but if they don't i am growing weed or just rolling and having fun!
When i was in Vercetti we had a war with LV and we won! but we stop attacking them after that. I don;t know why Vercetti stopped but i tought because of to low ammount of members, i wont get out of deleon because of the low ammount of players!

I am Abbruzo,
I come from Napolitania and i was in the mafia in my young years,
My parents were dealing drugs so thats how i get into that world. They learned me all the stuff how to deal without letting the cops know it.
I had some friends who were assasins. if i had some deals with strange people i payed them to kill.
When i was 25 i came to America, I thought it would be fun with all the casino's, gangs and hookers. But when i came there some gangsters start shooting at me because i wasn't black. Now i wanna hang with some with homies to get the respect back from the black people!
