Flaken's story :

Flaken "Blaargh" Norris, the coot of the family. He never made it through elementary school, spends most of his life stealing bubble gum out of people's mouths and scraping food off the inside of dumpsters. His father died when Flaken was 15 years old, ever since, his uncle, Ness took care of him. Ness taught him how to grow vegetables the Norris way. Flaken discovered one of Norris' greatest uranium sources. But shortly after the discovery, Flaken went insane. His insanity has been one of the things Ness was most grateful for in life. It made Flaken into a crazy, bike riding freak. An obedient crazy, bike riding freak. Today, Flaken lives a nomadic life in San Andreas, he supplies 70% of Norris' uranium.
