Argonath: The good, the bad, and the.....huh?! [Semi-explicit]

Actually its true there are lots of admins abusing or not doing their job well. Once some gang paid me to kill some guy i forgot his name. So i went and started shooting him. I saw this guy for the first time on server and i attacked because i was paid to. So then an admin froze me and tempbanned me for revenge killing. What will happen if i try to explain him ? Nothing its an admin fail. I'm not saying admins suck or anything like that they are here to help and keep order on the server. Without the hard working admins argonath wont be what it is but sometimes they do mistakes like in my example. You get pissed off yeah but you should just chill for an hour and do something else if you want to complain send an email to the complaints email address. Flaming wont help believe me i have experienced it. Flaming or moaning will just get you into more trouble.

The first post in this topic is full of exaggerations of the facts, although sometimes some of us say things like "SETTLE DOWN RIGHT NOW or get a kick!" when the Server is in chaos, only biased people would make exaggerations like Admins saying "STFU right now or I ban you LOLOLOL".

If people think Admins aren't doing anything at all for them then why don't we try not helping those people for a week, let's see who'll come crawling back after the first 2 days.

Everybody, PLEASE, CALM, DOWN... why not we keep this topic civilized. I believe this is a very important point here and you flamers, moaners, and topic ruiners will end up having this discussion locked. So how about we just do what we should, and simply be nicer?

Dear Gandalf / Aragorn, as a very respectful player of this community, and the GREAT, incredible work you, AND the Scripters have done, I think that you may need to re-model the adminstration team of a few small problems. As you can see, there are several players (They are not the only ones. I have talked to several players in-game and they have said similar to this) complaining on the adimistrator's work.

No, I am not saying anything of the sort like: ''These admins abuse! REMOVE THEIR RIGHTS NOW! THEY RUINING SERVER!!'' Nor am I saying ''Fix the admin team or add new guys these ones are bad'' or anything near the sort. I am suggesting though, that you confirm the rules to players, and administrators, of their rights, and duties.

Why? Apparently the players, and admins of the server seem to be arguing over what is what. The problem is though, the administrator is always right, because he has the higher rank. But at the same time, their points can be matched with the player's point, but has no chance to express them, because he will be labeled as a 'moaner' by the Administrators, and be punished. Yes, that is some-what moaning, but a player can not defend his actions (as in explain his reasoning, not explain why he killed some guy). Even if he tries to, he will be punished and if he tries again, he can expect to have to make a post in the unban requests.

The problem? Players are only trying to detail, explain, express their reason of questioning, in other words, telling the administrators why they did this, or that.
Example: Player1 Says ''Wow your stupid!'' Administrator sees him say this, but only notices this. So, he warns Player1 for flaming. Player1 is provoked (as most are) by this, and begins to explain the situation to the admin, usually in /pm or if he is spectating, /l. And on occasion, the admin will see this as moaning, and immediately punish him again, and he will say ''I was only explaining! JUST let me explain! Jesus!'' By then he will most likely be kicked, or temporarily be banned.

If you take a poll on a situation like this, most likely, it will be Some players and some admins vs Some other players and some other admins. To Further explain this, I mean that no one is really 100% understanding of this, which causes topics like these to be made, and created.

So, Gandalf / Aragorn. Could you possible take it into your consideration, and your sure-busy schedule to explain this? Because it seems us, the players of this server have not yet have a full grip on the situation.

And about the warn, yesterday i warned the wrong id, so he demands and Unwarn, i 'unwarn' him on server announce. You're always finding something to accuse the Admins of, aren't you? The basic list of rules does not include all the protocols practiced in SA:MP (e.g: you can't shoot a car from the top of another car).

He's had nothing noticeable to do with SAMP for months, so what's the point in mentioning him? And maybe admins should extend the jail time period up to 2 or 3 hours, that way, the punishment would be good enough to learn from it, not just a couple of minutes, and I've seen it in other servers.

Some don't even learn from bans so up'ing the jail time won't do much good either.

As I remember in Argonath you have the freedom of spech. And if you say "that wasn't right" , "that's not fair" you get tempban/ban INSTANTLY!

I've seen some Admins tempban players when they question their punishments and well I think a lengthy banana is more suitable to be honest.

1. PWN / Rape you and your car
2. Flatten you if your a cop chasing a suspect with no backup.

One big problem with the players nowadays is they don't use the resources that they are given. You got the [email protected] complaint email to send evidence about "admin abusers". Use it!!

I know I can easily report the admins to the main admins that are doing this to me, but:
1. I refuse to reveal their names, to maintain their reputation.
2. Out of the kindness of my heart, I'm allowing them to leave admin duty when they are ready to.

Protect reputation? Do you really think that admins are doing their job for the sake of "reputation"? That is a ridiculous idea. They are here as volunteers to help the server and to optimize it's environment. Are they not doing it the way they should (aka "admin abusers")? Well if they aren't, you got the email to send to. And if you still wish to talk "reputation" then why are you protecting the reputation of someone that you don't like?

Also, how do you intend to see a "bad admin" leave the team, if the developers were never informed about their bad behavior? You think the developers are magical mind readers? No, they aren't. I can't stress this anymore than enough. Send reports about admins with evidence to the god blessed holy email address.

Before you start rebutting me, please note that I am NOT in disagreement about those "difference between cussing and flaming", "instant tempban for minor rulebreak" and so on. I am only suggesting you should use the correct resources to ensure you get the best outcome.

Also, about minors playing game: It's your frigging fault, because the game has PEGI +18 due flaming in singleplayer, but OHNOO, i'm too cool to play this game while being minor so i'll do it!

If you think you're so right, why don't you have the courage to say the names of those "abuser Admins" and provide concrete Evidence?

There was a topic about RoryAnstruther and his CLEAN ABUSE of admin rights, yet still topic got deleted "from the mass"

Also, concerning the admins, IMO it was WAAY better before the reform of admin team. Hell, even Nexxt used to be a nice admin.
