Using the Argonath name in groups

So the courts should now allow me to copyright any names with Argonath in it? or copyright the exact name and not "Argonath" or "United States of Argonath", the reason I ask is because Louis_Keyl denied my request for copyright for Argonath RPG something something some months back, I should be asking him but meh.

After a long discussion Argonath RPG founders allow the roleplay groups (not clans) to use the "Argonath" in their names...

However this does not mean that your group will automatically become the official...
For being official your group needs to manage some goals and be noticed by Argonath founders...

As for clans - only official clans are allowed to use the "Argonath" in their names...
