Well I think SA:MP that are installed Internet Cafe's are for other servers which doesnt really require a profile or an account. I have seen some

In my country, half of Game Online Cafe have GTASA installed on their PCs, but there only little scale of ppl are playing GTASA. In my country internet are so expensive too.

And I live in Indonesia.
