Guys, let's try something, I know it's hard, but let's try to understand how he feels before posting.
Let's use IRL examples. Imagine...
You're working in a company, you spent over 8 months doing a new project to help people, you're all happy and that, you come to your boss and give him the project.
Possible reactions:

A - Boss says: Excellent work!!! Congratulations, keep it up - This will motivate him to do MORE and MORE.

B - Boss says: This sucks, come to me when you've a good one - Imagine HOW WOULD YOU feel, after using YOUR time, YOUR life to do it, and someones simply say "It sucks".

Let's make the option A possible guys! - We should motivate him to keep his excellent work and get better and better, not making him feel sad everytime he tries to make something

CBF it's sad that you give up. You should not do. Don't let anyone else decide your destany.
You should go straight ahead and do the best you can, but if it is the decision to leave nobody
can change that.
So you will have to keep in your mind there are even players that respect you more as you
expect, cause you still does great work for this server and community.
May you just need some time to remember that. I wish you good luck with your decision though.
May you find something else, where people does show less disrespect to you. Become happy!

I suggest you do a few things CBFasi. I suggest cutting down the time that you set for the server, doing another hobby such as a sport in the time that you have spare and going completely undercover for a while without the admin rights. Perhaps you should join a criminal group, take screenshots and videos of any rulebreaking, work hard to get a respectable rank within the group and then helping tackle this problem of moaning. 

The biggest problem I see here is lack of communication on all levels, which destroys the whole notion of being a team whether that be the admin team, scripting team, communication between the admins and the players themselves with one another. I know what you feel like, but sometimes you have to do somethings yourself instead of depending on others as you know what you are doing more than anyone. For example, if you wanted to do some DIY and paint your wall a certain colour, you may tell a friend to go out and buy some blue paint, but they won't know where to go, what sort of paint to buy or shade of paint to buy. In the end, it's ultimately your decision if you want to leave or not, and I hope that you aren't pushed into staying or leaving. People shouldn't be telling anyone to be leaving, just trying to help each other as friends are meant to do. Please try and take some time out to think about what you are doing, as you will have more time to reflect upon the outcomes of your decision. As always, if you do need any help, I'm sure there are plenty of people still left on the server including myself willing to help you as you helped us.
