Well I don't know how well equipped the police are in Sweden, but trust me, you'll have a very difficult time getting away from them over here - that is if you are stupid enough to even attempt it.

Another question, is it illegal to modify your scooter? Putting aftermarket exhausts, adding speakers (which I won't be doing, thats too cheesy) all that kind of stuff?

unsure in your country.
But here its illegal to modify anything with the engine, such as exhausts and stuff. Tough adding a speaker is fully legal but not so good as you loose
place to put your stuff in
