I would leave the engine, it's a diesel. I would, however, lower it a bit to give it a more aggressive stance.

so ye we got a phonecall from the police to our house yesterday, they searched my mothers brother, since he is thailand they didn't reach his cell, so they called to my mum instead and told they found his car without wheels in the garage where he usullay have the car...

For future anti-theft, tell him to get special locking nuts on his wheels, and keep the key with his jack and spare in the trunk. Then they can't get the wheels off the car. D:

Locknuts come standard, well should come as standard, the issue is OEM/Stock locknuts are usually the same along most variations in the range, therefore you can use the locknut key from a 3 Series BMW on an X Series for example.
Not to mention, if they want the wheels, they will get them.
Locknuts are easily removed too with the correct methods.
