Kaze will have that same car when he's in his 30's and his insurance is finally low enough for him to be able to afford one! =D

And I'm standing here, hauling ass with IT maintenance, car washing and game testing daily just, just to have enough money for the Audi A4 I dream about, while this guy has seven in total.

God Save the Qu-.. oh wait, God Bless America! Hoo-raay..

Well if this great country of ours wasn't so centered around car culture, and we still lived in a suburban/urban environment we would have 3 cars. Anyways to try and make you feel better, all of the 7 cars cost under $40,000 USD when bought.

'90 Honda Civic: $250 USD
'04 Honda Element: $7,000 USD
'14 Honda CR-V: $29,000 USD
'08 Jeep Wrangler: $15,000 USD
'11 Ford F-350: $33,000 USD
'65 Ford Mustang: $1,000 USD
'64 Ford F-100: $500 USD

Driving each day like it's Burnout 3...

Yeah, plus it's the family cars, not belonging to an individual!  :D

You might take to it...

Sucks that it'd be two years before you could ride a larger capacity bike though, 50cc and ~30mph is very restrictive. Sometimes you need the power to get yourself out of trouble, and naturally, a 50cc has no power

They are usually restricted so I'll destrict it without informing my insurance company.. a lot of people I know on peds done that. I heard derestriction adds 10/15mph to your speed. 45mph for a 50cc isn't bad. Worst case scenario, install big bore kits and all that bullshit and convert it to 70cc.

Don't get caught mate...

I rode with a 33bhp restrictor fitted to a 95bhp motorbike for 9 months, really not worth the risk of getting caught if I'm honest, they'd throw the book at you.

About the 50cc scooter, I think I'd enjoy riding it more with the restrictor still in place, as I wouldn't constantly be nervous of getting pulled over like I would if it was derestricted.

Would it be easy to distinguish if I derestricted it?

But on a serious note I'm a sensible driver and all that; I was just so hungry for McDonalds and didn't notice the speed hump (road was steep) I went flying like

Damn.

And yes, it would be easy to distinguish if you were traveling at 40mph  :D Plus there is always the chance of "randomly" being stopped by the police. Mopeds seem to be stopped more often, I've never been pulled over on my motorbike.

They can see if you are driving faster than the vehicle allows. This brings the most trouble.
As for random stops, depends on the region. For example, in Germany I have seen a mobile testpath, where they pull over all mopeds and test their max speed. In that video, every moped that went over 45km/h, was confiscated.

Well, if you really want the ladies to look at you whilst riding your little fart box, you can make it sound like a super bike.

As I said, that was the price my dad paid about 12 years ago for it. Before we restored it, trying to remember (no pics of it before restoration), it had 4+ different colors, a V6, torn-up interior, mold in the trunk, and semi-frequent engine stalling. We ended up putting about $8,000 USD into it.

Very nice! I believe our bikes share the same engine. (albeit mine with a different intake, carburettor size and exhaust system... bit less power than yours)
