I use Photoscape,its simple and fast,just be creative,its freestyle.
 :ps: i combine Paint with Photoscape too.It should work
 :ps: :ps: CHeck SAMP:Groups - THe Ottos Roleplay FAmilly to see what ive done with Photoscape and Paint :D

If you wanna learn Photoshop, Download the 30 Day Trial of CS4, and look on Gamesignatures.com, Theres some good tutorial's on there, and some of them cDa has posted, there good one's too, and look around on here for some good signatures too for inspiration.

It seems a new batch of Photoshop Padawans are flooding in during my absence, I am available for any advice Tips and support. I was once known for my photoshoping abilities a while ago, I may be rusty but i would say more vintage.
