REFORM


1. Limited Number of Members
Due to mess caused by crowd, we decided to put a limit on member ammount.
From now on, the maximum member space in the gang is 12. (Not including outsiders)

2. Joining Progress
There will be around 1 week trial period for each applicant.
No one will get in the gang untill they gets totaly familiarized with us.

3. Relations
Due to moaning caused by the huge difference between playing style of mobs and gangs,
we decided to not to have any relations with Mafia Families. Only gangs will be recognised.

4. New Players' Development
We are still willing to develop new players, make them stay and enjoy in Argonath.
With the new system, every regular member of the gang will have a new player assigned.
Some of the new players may be tagged as "WilsonT", along with regular applicants.
Members will be responsible for their "Grasshopper"s acts and behaviour.

5. Leadership
Every regular member of the Gang may be considered as a leader, as they're picked carefully.
All the members will take a role in denouements of problems.

about the past closing down situation;
The reason was mainly the crowd. This mess brought down the gang. From now on, we will be more carefull about this case.
And i can personally say that, Wilson will not get down as easy as the last time.
I don't want to hear anymore about the past situations, past is past.
Look forward, Wilson is back, that's whats up.
