I have PMed gandalf a couple of times about this..

I got scammed by someone for 17k, and my brother Ben Deleon ( was minimini_LV) was refunded for his 17k, but I was never refunded, when can I be refunded?

(BDW, im not saying this just to get cash, its true)

In my opinion If your Gullable enough to be "scammed" 17k then you really dont deserve a refund or a wallet.

It is, to my understanding, Allowed to Scam in RP terms. not sure if thats changed and if it has then im curious as to why.

As a Criminal i used to enjoy playing the conman.

You can't get refund without anything as proof... Tell administration how you were scammed and why you should be able to claim a refund.

I am sure if you got the exact time and date of the happening, they are able to perform a log check which will see if you are correct or not. Please PM a developer (xcasio, Frank_Hawk, Gandalf, Aragorn) with the date.

Gandalf ignored me...        Yes I have the exact day, bit I gave them the mone, once in 10k, once in 5k, once in 2k
