The purpose of this topic is to answer all questions that people may have regarding connecting or playing on the VC:MP server instead of people constantly making new topics needing help.

Currently we are having problems with the scripts that Rusty has developed and now we are waiting for a sort of pre-release preview of a new batch of scripts to be finished. The server will be loaded with those once that is finalized.

The preview mode will have most of what was supposed to be in the 1.2 scripts developed by Rusty however some things might be left out and placed back into the final version.

So if your having problems connecting, or you see that the scripts are not working, please remain patient until we have all the problems with the server and scripts sorted out, and look out for new posts in this topic as we will release some more news in the near future.

Reason why you time out when you join isn't related to the server it's GTAVC // VC:MP client itself.  VC:MP is just a pile of shite basically.

Scripts well Gandalf has had them for a while now, not my problem they aren't on.

When I asked JayL are the scripts going to have what 1.2 did he said yes so I assmued that if its going to be sort of a demo or preview that it would be slightly lesser.

Yes well of course PAWN version will ahve more 'features' as mIRC isn't that great and your limited to what you can and can't do.

We can't fix it, it's not related to us.  Try re-installing GTAVC and VC:MP if it persists then it probaly is a server problem.

Daddy said it wrong. First we will release a ''demo'' gamemode, which has basically everything from the script, just not the complex property system which is being developed, and maybe one or two other systems.

With the announcement of 0.4 public beta, there is a chance this new version will be out soon, and that means more features...

The current demo script is 90%, however most still needs testing.

If 0.4 is released, I don't think we're going to put its features on the nearly-finished demo scripts.

So far, according to the topic, there will be support for objects, fixes and additions in scripting and general bug fixes...
