VC:MP PAWN scripts are released

The server is now running in a stable condition. The problem has now been fixed.
JayL's "TeaM RPG scripts" has been uploaded successfully.

Daddy and JayL are still working to complete the final version of the new scripts. Hopefully this will be available to us soon.

Me and the admins are still working on setting the vehicles, but the script is working fine and everyone is welcome. I'll post more stuff regarding it in this topic.
